ServiceNow Developer – Lead | ITOM & ITAM

High-Priority Requirement

We are urgently hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer – Lead with strong hands-on expertise in both IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Candidates must possess relevant implementation and development experience in both ITOM and ITAM. Profiles without experience in either of these mandatory modules will not be considered.

Support Requirement: Willingness to support 24×7 operations, including night shifts when required

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Candidates Must Meet All The Following Requirements

• 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.




• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM.
• Candidates must have worked on both ITOM and ITAM modules.
• Immediate availability or a maximum notice period of 1 week.
• Willingness to support 24×7 operations and night shifts when required.

Important: Profiles without both ITOM and ITAM experience will not be considered.

Role Summary

The ServiceNow Developer – Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

The candidate will lead technical activities across ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, integrations, automation, and platform development.

The role requires solid technical ownership, troubleshooting capabilities, stakeholder communication, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
