As an Associate Program Director at Happiest Minds, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our program portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your role will involve defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources, as well as establishing key performance indicators to measure project success. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall program and multiple projects within it, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while mitigating risks and addressing challenges as they arise.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.




• Lead and mentor project managers and teams, providing guidance on best practices in project management methodologies.
• Oversee resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal performance across projects.
• Conduct regular program reviews and status updates, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Skills And Tools Required

• Strong experience in program management and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
