Intellics Global is looking for an experienced and talented IT Recruiter with strong expertise in recruiting professionals for IT infrastructure, Desktop Support, IT Asset Management, and Service Desk roles.

Experience: 5 Years Hiring Domain: Desktop Support | IT Asset Management | IT Service Desk
Preference: Female candidates preferred, subject to applicable employment laws.
- Salary: 19K tp 22K
- Office Timings - 9:30 to 6:30PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
- Must have Own laptop/Internet
- Language- English, Hindi & Marathi is additional

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Desktop Support, EUC Support, IT Service Desk, IT Support, and IT Asset Management roles.
- Source candidates with skills in Windows 10/11,



Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ITIL, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, and IT Asset Management positions.
- Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
