Role & responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow standardized work, quality, and safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
- Perform basic maintenance, quality, and safety checks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational excellence.
- Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks throughout academics.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial safety practices.
- Knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement concepts is preferred.
- Positive communication, teamwork, and learning agility.
- Willingness to work in shifts and manufacturing plant environment.
