Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using tools like DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routing protocols (TCP), and switching configurations.
- Provide technical support to end-users on network-related problems and resolve them efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating firmware, configuring devices, and performing backups to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in networking operations or related field.
- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routing protocols (TCP), and switching configurations.
- Experience with network monitoring software and ability to analyze logs effectively.
