Must Have :

- Hands-on experience in tractor, agricultural equipment, automotive, construction equipment, commercial vehicle or
- heavy-equipment service/product support.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and service diagnostics, preferably engines, transmissions, driveline,
- hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems or vehicle controls.
- Experience dealing with dealers, workshops, field-service teams, technicians or customers on technical issues.
- Ability to apply structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and evidence-based fault isolation.
- Comfort reading service manuals, technical bulletins, wiring diagrams, parts information and diagnostic reports.
- Good case documentation, follow-up discipline and escalation judgement.
- Robust spoken and written English for dealer interaction and case notes.

Preferred Experience :





- Tractor or farm-equipment experience with Massey Ferguson, John Deere, TAFE, CNH/New Holland, Kubota,
- Mahindra, Eicher, Deutz-Fahr, CLAAS or comparable OEM/dealer networks.
- Experience in warranty support, field issue investigation, dealer technical assistance, service engineering, technical
- training or product support.
- Exposure to Salesforce, CRM/case management, dealer management systems or technical support platforms.
- Experience creating troubleshooting procedures, technical reports, failure-analysis summaries or knowledge content.
- Understanding of emission systems, onboard diagnostics, telematics, calibration or software-assisted diagnosis is and advantage.
