Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for various IT and NON-IT roles across different industries such as construction, energy, EPC projects, telecom etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with selected candidates and coordinate logistics for interview processes.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT or Non-IT Recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of various industries including construction, energy, EPC projects, telecom etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using tools like Accenture's Talent Fusion platform or similar platforms.
