There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Adept at aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation across the SDLC, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful and measurable project outcomes.

- ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead GenAI-driven automation programs to optimize productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation architecture and enterprise-scale solutions.

- Drive end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to quality,



scalability, and performance standards.

- Manage PL responsibilities, focusing on cost optimization and value realization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams to drive excellence.
