Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dredging site operations, ensure smooth execution of work, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with the project team to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily dredging activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
- Monitor site workers, operators, and equipment during operations.
- Coordinate with the Site In-Charge, Project Manager, and other team members.
- Monitor dredging progress and maintain daily work progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety rules.
- Report equipment breakdowns, operational issues,



and site requirements to the concerned manager.
- Maintain records of daily work, manpower attendance, and equipment usage.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.
- Support the project team in resolving day-to-day site issues.

Qualification

- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience

- 25 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in dredging, marine, or infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of site operations and basic dredging activities.
- Manpower and equipment supervision.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and follow safety procedures.
