- Preparation of standalone financial statements for subsidiaries periodically under IndAS USGAAP
- Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statement of the Group periodically
Other Responsibilities
- Preparation of various schedules and associated workings for completion of standalone/consolidated financials
- Preparation of intercompany reconciliation/elimination files for upload in consolidation tool
- Assist in ensuring compliance with various external reporting obligations.
- Work with external/internal auditors to provide requested information and ensure smooth conclusion of audits

Functional / Technical Skills
Must to have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (IndAS)
- Awareness on US Accounting standards (USGAAP)
- Work experience (pre/post qualification) with either any Big5 audit firms or in manufacturing industry
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
Good to have Skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP etc.)
Soft Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to handle multiple assignments.
