Business Analyst - Billing Operations 4+ Years – Gurugram

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations SME with exposure to Business Analysis, project coordination, systems processing, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational processes, requirement gathering, UAT, reporting, and process improvement. Billing Operations experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

1. Manage operational processes, reconciliations, exceptions, and production-related issues.
2. Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and document process improvements.
3. Support UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and implementation of system enhancements.
4. Develop dashboards and reports, identify process gaps, and drive automation initiatives.
5. Coordinate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. 4–8 years of experience in Operations, Systems Processing, Business Operations, or a related domain.
2. Experience as an Operations SME with exposure to Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
3. Hands-on involvement in UAT, regression testing, system enhancements, or project initiatives.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.
5. Experience in billing operations, reconciliations, exception management, reporting, or process automation is preferred.
