Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site execution and manage in office activities.
- Monitor modular kitchen, wardrobes, carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, designers, and project managers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, measurements, and designs.
- Monitor material requirements, delivery, and proper utilization.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow safety standards and maintain site cleanliness.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 - 3 years of experience in interior site supervision or modular interior execution.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry,



and interior finishing.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and measurements.
- Solid communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Candidates with experience in residential interior projects will be preferred.
