Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee retail operations, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in retail management or related field (perimum apperal, eyewear, watches, industry preferred). No FMCG
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.Tech (Computers) or MBA (Retail) preferred.
- Proven track record of success in managing stores/retail outlets with high levels of customer satisfaction.
