- Conduct engaging classroom and one-to-one training sessions for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and Duolingo English Test (DET).
- Train students in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking modules.
- Assess students' English proficiency and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests.
- Provide personalized feedback and effective strategies to improve students' scores.
- Conduct regular mock examinations and evaluate student performance.
- Monitor and maintain individual student progress and performance records.
- Explain exam formats, question types, scoring criteria, and time-management techniques.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, test formats, and assessment guidelines.
- Motivate students and maintain an engaging and supportive learning workplace.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team regarding student requirements and progress.Role & responsibilities
