Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Kochi Kerala. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth project execution by supporting order management, documentation, and certification processes.

Your work will contribute directly to delivering high-quality safety systems to our global customers.

Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Create and manage orders in the ERP system
- Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, including certificates and manuals
- Coordinate and manage class certifications for systems
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with relevant standards




- Support internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth project execution

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Marine background experience
- Solid attention to detail and structured way of working
- Good communication skills with professional working proficiency in English

Desirable:

- Experience working with ERP/SAP or in a computerized environment
