Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable backend systems using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Develop technical roadmaps for new features and services based on market trends and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and Kafka messaging queues.
- Experience working with .NET technologies is a plus.
