We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Sales (PCG) with a strong background in the stock broking industry to establish and grow PCG business in Raipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Advisors.
- Drive sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and expand the PCG business in the Raipur region.
- Build strong client relationships and generate current business opportunities.
- Bring an existing team of Advisors or build a strong sales team.
- Achieve regional business targets and ensure business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in the stock broking industry.
- Strong sales, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience handling Sales Advisors and driving business.
- Ability to establish and grow business in Raipur.
- Willingness to work from the Raipur office.
- Stable career history is a must.
- Current CTC should be up to 20 LPA.
