Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

- Identify and target potential clients within corporates, conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as necessary





Preferred candidate profile

The B2B Team Leader Sales Vertical for the Corporate Onboarding role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. The role includes identifying and targeting potential corporate clients, managing key client relationships, and leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Relationship Managers in a callcenter environment.

- Proven track record in B2B sales management and corporate onboarding, overall 3.5 years includes a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- NISM certification is not considered for this role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the National Pension System (NPS) is highly desirable.
- Relevant call centre experience - Reviewing and Analysing Process Metrics
- Any Graduation
