Role & responsibilities
- Manage Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and system hardening.
- Support VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- Provision, migrate, and optimize virtual machines.
- Provide advanced support for Azure, AWS, or GCP services.
- Handle escalated database incidents and performance tuning.
- Optimize queries and ensure high availability.
- Monitor cloud resources and escalate incidents to higher levels.
- Troubleshoot escalated incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or related field
Experience: 6-8 Years
Working conditions/essential functions:
Working Mode: 5 days’ Work from office
Working Hours: Rotational Shift
