Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and exposure to Generative AI tools. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing onboarding processes and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 workflows and new-hire processes.
- Manage onboarding forms, compliance documents, document management, and workflow configurations.
- Support end-to-end implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, HRIS Sync, DMS, and third-party HR systems.
- Use AI copilots and Generative AI tools for documentation, requirement analysis, test script generation, and troubleshooting.
- Support AI-assisted testing, configuration validation,



and workflow automation.
- Ensure compliance with HR data privacy, security, audit, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical integration teams, and cross-functional SAP SuccessFactors teams.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, preferably Onboarding 2.0.
- Knowledge of onboarding workflows, new-hire processes, compliance forms, and document management.
- Understanding of integrations with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and external HR systems.
- Experience using Generative AI tools, AI copilots, or LLM-based productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or Employee Central certification.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI, Boomi, or API-based integrations.
- Experience with workflow automation and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of responsible AI usage and data privacy in HR systems.
