Roles and Responsibilities Resident Doctor (ICU Experience)

- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in the emergency department, wards, and ICU under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Monitor critically ill patients, including vital signs, oxygen saturation, and clinical condition.
- Assist in ICU patient management, ventilator monitoring, and emergency resuscitation.
- Support the management of critical care cases, medical emergencies, and post-operative patients.
- Perform basic clinical procedures and assist with intubation, central line placement, and other emergency interventions as per competency.
- Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain patient records, progress notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in night shifts and rotational duties.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred candidate: MBBS/BHMS/BAMS-qualified Resident Doctor with prior ICU or critical care experience, sound clinical knowledge, and the ability to handle emergency cases.
