Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with a business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management. Their role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.
- Own up the region's P&L; with sharp comments and action plan for variance.
- Drive Balance Sheet hygiene with all balances well substantiated.
- To act as a bridge between business and various corporate finance functions like treasury, legal, taxation and corporate finance to ensure all business needs are promptly addressed.
- Implement strong governance standard and compliance with statutory and company policies and standards.
- Providing support and guidance for improving processes, managing vendor and customer relationships.
- Tight monitoring and control of all business contracts.
- Support business with project feasibility for all investment decisions.




- Support Internal audit and statutory audit of the business.

The incumbent will also act as the CFO of the region.

Candidate Requirements

- CA with a post qualification experience of 4+ years in hospitality or manufacturing sector with a strong command in costing.
- Should be a dynamic leader and quick decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Should have knowledge of regional labour laws.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Productive communication skills.
- Should be a team player.
