Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and team leads to address people-related requirements and support business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, R&R; programs, and internal events.
- HR Strategy & Operations: Support performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and retention initiatives.
- Admin Management: Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day workplace operations.

Requirements:

- 35 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an advertising, PR, or media agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a energetic, fast-paced environment.
