Job description

Role & responsibilities :

1. Sales target achievement - MOM, QOQ, and YOY.
2. Team Management - implementation of Sales & Marketing strategy for each product.
3. Meeting Dealers & Retailers
4. New Business Development opportunities in the region, and state.
5. Appraisal of the Team.
6. Submission of MIS reports in SFM
7. SROS, Monthly business projections submission.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. 35 - 45 yrs., male, Graduate with PG in Marketing
2. Resident of Delhi, in a similar position in a leading Pharmaceutical Company.
3. Must have excellent knowledge of Sales, Dealers, and Customers in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J & K,
4. Must have good knowledge of competitor's products
5. Must have handled a team of 30 - 40 Sales persons.
