B2B Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded B2B Sales Executive who can develop new customer relationships, convert enquiries into business and grow sales with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B customers and bring new accounts on board.
- Communicate confidently with customers by phone, email and other channels.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries, quotations and product requests.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and commercial solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing while understanding margins and profitability.
- Follow up consistently on quotations, enquiries and potential opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
- Work through challenges such as pricing objections, stock availability or customer requirements and find practical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and introduce customers to additional product ranges.
- Maintain good records of enquiries,



quotations, follow-ups and customer opportunities.
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse and management teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Keep awareness of competitor pricing, market conditions and customer demand.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and by email.
- Commercially minded and good with numbers, pricing, margins and quotations.
- Persistent with follow-ups without being overly aggressive.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and able to find solutions when situations become difficult.

- Quick and reliable when responding to enquiries.
- Able to recognise an prospect and take ownership of converting it into business.
