Job Role - Sr Scrum Master
Experience - 8 to 12 Years
Location - Bnagalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & other Agile practices and methodologies
- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other; Create and maintain the appropriate channels for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards, JIRA) to create a trusting and protected team environment
- Facilitate discussions leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
- Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues
