Job Description:

We are hiring Digital Content Quality & Safety Associates for a Media Content Moderation process. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing digital content, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and maintaining a safe and appropriate online environment. The ideal candidate should have robust attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and other digital media, according to established platform guidelines.
- Identify and flag content that violates community standards, policies, or safety guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency while making content moderation decisions.
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate teams as per process guidelines.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards.




- Handle content-related issues professionally while meeting daily performance targets.
- Stay updated on moderation policies and process changes.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant Content Moderation experience.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Good English comprehension and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to follow guidelines and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Flexibility to work from the office in 24/7 rotational shifts.
