ROLE: Project Director GCC Accounts

Role Summary

The Project Director owns end-to-end delivery, governance and growth for a set of GCC (Global CapabilityCenter) accounts. You will run multiple portfolios and horizontal service lines anchored in Technology,with secondary programs in Curriculum, AI/Data-based Automation and Data and act as the seniorpoint of contact for US-based customer stakeholders. The role demands CMMI Level 5grade deliverydiscipline and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities

PORTFOLIO & PROGRAM LEADERSHIP

Own delivery across multiple portfolios and horizontal service lines; P&L; accountability for revenuegrowth, scope, schedule, quality, margin and utilization.

Lead Technology programs as the primary domain; oversee Curriculum, AI/Data Automation and Dataengagements as secondary lines.

Plan capacity, resourcing and ramp-ups/downs across onshoreoffshore teams.

Identify and drive account growth recent scope, cross-sell across service lines and renewals.

CUSTOMER GOVERNANCE & REPORTING

Serve as the single senior point of contact for US-based customer leadership.

Run the governance cadence: weekly status, monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews(QBRs) and steering committees.

Own internal and external status reporting — SLAs/KPIs, RAID logs, financials andexecutive dashboards.

Manage escalations,



change requests and contract/SOW adherence.

DELIVERY EXCELLENCE

Institutionalize CMMI Level 5 / ISO-aligned processes, metrics and audit readiness.

Drive continuous improvement, automation and AI-led productivity across programs.

Proactively manage risk, compliance, information security and business continuity.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

Lead and mentor Program/Project Managers and delivery leads across geographies.

Build high-performing teams; own hiring, succession planning and engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications

18+ years in IT Services, including 6+ years managing global accounts or programs.

Pedigree from Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 IT Services firms operating at CMMI Level 5.

Proven record running multiple portfolios or horizontal service lines concurrently, with P&L; ownership.

Strong Technology delivery background (application development, platforms, cloud ordigital engineering).

Direct, sustained experience working with US customers on governance and executive reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to CXO/VP audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred

Exposure to Curriculum / EdTech content programs, AI/Data-based Automation, or Data engineering &analytics; projects.

Experience setting up or scaling GCC / offshore delivery centers.

PMP, PgMP, SAFe or ITIL certification; MBA a plus.
