Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Respiratory Specialist / Pulmonologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with respiratory and pulmonary disorders. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pulmonary care and working closely with other medical specialists when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage respiratory and pulmonary diseases.
- Evaluate patients with conditions such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, bronchitis, tuberculosis, sleep-related breathing disorders, and other lung conditions.
- Conduct and interpret relevant pulmonary investigations, including PFT, spirometry, chest X-rays/CT scans, ABG, etc.
- Manage both outpatient and inpatient respiratory cases.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Handle acute respiratory conditions and provide emergency care when required.
- Perform/assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy, pleural procedures,



and other pulmonary interventions, as per expertise.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with physicians and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, medication, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital standards.

Candidate Profile

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Pulmonary Medicine / Respiratory Medicine.
- Valid medical registration.
- Relevant clinical experience as a Pulmonologist / Respiratory Specialist.
- Robust diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a multidisciplinary medical team.
