About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Head HR to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function for a leading software company. The candidate will be responsible for HR strategy and business planning, payroll management, statutory compliance, manpower planning, employee engagement, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate should be capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while building a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy & Business Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, salary structures, payroll accuracy, and employee compensation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
- Manpower Planning: Conduct manpower mapping, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and resource allocation in coordination with department heads.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, rewards,



recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, goal setting, feedback, and employee development initiatives.
- HR Policies & Processes: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters while promoting a positive work culture.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, payroll, employee engagement, and workforce productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior management and department heads to support business growth through effective HR practices.

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT / Software / Saas industry.
- Solid hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, manpower mapping, and HR business planning.
- Proven experience managing employee engagement initiatives and employee benefits.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle HR operations independently and align HR strategies with business requirements.
