What youll be doing:

- Drive collection, recovery, and portfolio resolution across the assigned territory.
- Monitor delinquency, overdue accounts, roll rates, and portfolio performance.
- Implement effective collection and recovery strategies to maximize recoveries.
- Ensure timely resolution of delinquent and high-risk accounts.
- Lead and manage Collection Executives (FOS) and Team Leaders to achieve targets.
- Drive team productivity through performance management, coaching, and field engagement.
- Ensure optimum manpower deployment and territory coverage.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular management updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and governance standards.




- Uphold ethical collection practices and superior customer service standards.
- Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive operational excellence and initiatives to enhance portfolio quality.
