Role & responsibilities

- Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial statements and MIS.
- Preparation and finalisation of financial statements, schedules, trial balance reconciliations and supporting statements.
- Preparation of Budget, Projections and variance analysis.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and review of accounting entries.
- Support financial analysis and management reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax consultants.
- Follow up on audit queries and ensure timely submission of information and supporting documents.
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls.
- Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly TDS returns.
- Preparation of data and information required for Tax Audit.
- Preparation of data and information required for Income Tax Return filing.
- Preparation of financial and other data required for banking and finance-related requirements.
- Preparation of information and supporting documents for Income Tax scrutiny notices and related proceedings.




- Accounting of purchases and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Assist in other finance and accounting assignments as directed by the CFO/Finance Head.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA Intermediate / CA Inter qualified.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 45 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in financial statement finalisation, audit, accounting and MIS will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, MS Office and Windows.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
