Regional Business Manager Kerala

Experience: 8-12 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Business Manager to manage and grow the retail business across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage regional sales and multi-store operations.
- Drive new store openings and expansion across Kerala.
- Identify and develop franchise and retail partnerships.
- Drive sales, revenue, margins and profitability.
- Manage store teams and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, hygiene and cold-chain operations.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Ensure food safety and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Food, QSR, Up-to-date Trade or Franchise business.
- Experience in multi-store/region management and business expansion.
- Perishable/food category experience preferred.
- Strong sales, business development and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Malayalam, Hindi and English Mandatory.
