- Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
- Conduct recruitment drives in assigned locations.
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for available positions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Explain job roles, salary structures, company policies, and joining procedures to candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on time.
- Build relationships with local communities, institutes, and other candidate sourcing partners.
