Ray Interiors is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote our interior design and workspace interior solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting commercial establishments and project sites, building relationships, and generating leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits based on requirements to identify and generate new business leads.
- Visit offices, commercial buildings, shops, businesses, and potential client locations.
- Promote Ray Interiors workspace and commercial interior solutions.
- Identify potential clients who are planning office renovations, new offices, or interior projects.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, property owners, business owners, and other relevant contacts to generate leads.
- Explain the company's interior design and execution services to prospective clients.
- Collect client requirements and share them with the internal sales/design team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential customers.




- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Maintain daily visit and lead reports.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business contacts.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams for qualified leads.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Candidates with experience in interior, construction, real estate, furniture, or building materials will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with field visits.
- Should be confident in approaching recent clients and generating leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Should have a target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of Bangalore locations and local commercial areas will be an advantage.
- If candidate having Two-wheeler must have the valid driving licence.
