One Step Solar is looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Field Sales Executive. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining the benefits of rooftop solar systems, and closing sales in and around the Karjan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify potential residential and commercial customers for solar rooftop installations.
Clearly explain the technical and financial perks of solar systems, government subsidies, and ROI to customers.
Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with local customers, builders, and community leaders to generate referrals.
Prepare daily sales reports and update the management.
