• Professional background: 1-3 years of hands-on ZBrush experience in a 3D company, supported by a portfolio demonstrating your own contribution.

• Anatomy fundamentals: Strong understanding of skeletal landmarks, muscle forms, body proportions, weight distribution and natural transitions at shoulders, elbows, wrists and knees.

• Sculpting workflow: Confidence with primary and secondary forms, fine detailing, brushes, masking, Polygroups, SubTools, DynaMesh and subdivision-based refinement.

• Model control: Ability to manage dense meshes, preserve important detail and use ZRemesher, projection or decimation appropriately when required.

• Quality checking: Inspect models from front, side, rear and three-quarter views; identify uneven proportions, distorted features and unintended asymmetry.

• Delivery discipline: Interpret briefs, estimate work, communicate progress, meet agreed deadlines and handle multiple rounds of correction.

• Collaboration: Explain design decisions clearly, accept constructive feedback and coordinate closely with the in-office team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work on Indian deity idols, temple sculptures, traditional jewellery, figurines or other detailed organic sculptures.

• Familiarity with deity iconography, mudras, traditional ornamentation and the visual character of Indian sculpture.

• Exposure to 3D printing, casting or physical product development,



including awareness of delicate features and detail readability at smaller sizes.

• Working knowledge of STL/OBJ export and basic mesh checks; familiarity with Rhino, Matrix or other supporting 3D tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities• Idol sculpting: Develop complete 3D idols from approved photographs, sketches, existing models and design briefs; establish the silhouette and proportions before adding detail.

• Anatomy and expression: Sculpt balanced bodies, convincing joints, well-formed hands and feet, appropriate facial proportions and calm, expressive faces.

• Traditional detailing: Model crowns, jewellery, hair, clothing folds, sacred attributes, pedestals and decorative elements with clarity and consistency.

• Reference accuracy: Follow approved deity postures, hand gestures, attributes and ornament placement. Clarify ambiguous details before proceeding.

• Design refinement: Incorporate feedback, correct anatomy and proportions, and develop variations while preserving approved design features.

• Production coordination: Work with CAD and manufacturing teams on dimensions, fragile details, intersections and other issues affecting physical output.

File handover: Maintain organised SubTools, transparent file names and revision history; provide source files, review images and agreed export formats
