The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager is to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality, hygiene, and grooming standards, monitor inventory and stock, handle customer complaints, and ensure smooth restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and standards.
