Job Description:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to generate leads, meet customers, present our products and solutions, and achieve sales targets within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and company-assigned enquiries.

• Complete the required sales activities for 4–5 leads daily, including calls, visits, quotations and follow-ups.

• Meet customers, builders, contractors, architects, consultants and dealers to develop business opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, prepare quotations and negotiate sales.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and convert enquiries into orders.





• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Update customer details, lead status and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system daily.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and payment collection.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in field sales, direct sales or business development preferred.

• Positive communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

• Knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets.

Incentives:

Earn monthly incentives of ₹20,000–₹50,000 upon achieving 100% of the assigned monthly sales target, subject to the applicable incentive slab and company policy.
