Job SummaryNeeman's is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and promoting Neeman's footwear products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers entering the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory tracking.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support store promotions, events, and marketing activities.




- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS operations is an advantage.
