Key responsibilities:

Develop and expand a robust channel partner and broker network across tricity with a focus towards kharar and morinda; exclusively working on chandigarh ludhiana road .

Drive sales through channel partners, direct clients and corporate tie ups.

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Conduct project presentations, site visits to promote the property and attract potential buyers

Coordinate with team and make edms for daily outreach towards channel partners and potential clients.

Analyse market trends, competitor projects and buyer behavior to enhance sales strategy.
