Hiring for Business Development Manager / Business Growth Manager

Segment - Mutual Fund Distributor B2B Sales

CTC – As per Market standard

Experience- Minimum 2 Years - 10 Years

The Business Growth Manager (BGM) in Wealth Right Investment Services is responsible for developing the Mutual Fund Distributor Sales Team, initiating NISM certification support and providing operational support. The BGM plays a key role in expanding the company’s advisor network and driving revenue growth through structured training, performance mentoring and AUM Growth.

The role focuses on building a robust force of Mutual Fund Team Coaches, conducting account activation activities through regular training and field support, and ensuring achievement of business targets through the channel.

- Generate 30-40 qualified prospects every month and build a strong pipeline of prospective Team Coaches
- Support Team Coaches in obtaining NISM certification; run induction and product training




- Onboard 8-12 active Mutual Fund team members per month through presentations and career planning
- Ensure new team members generate business within the first 30-45 days . Drive Mutual Fund sales and AUM growth through sales Coaching,field support and business reviews
- Achieve monthly targets, monitor team productivity and take corrective action
- Retain and engage distributors via meets, development programs and recognition events

Requirements-

- Any Graduate (Minimum), MBA (Finance, but not Mandatory)
- Gender – Male/ Female
- NISM VA OR VD certification (Mandatory)
- Age up to 42 years
- 2-8 years of experience in MF Distribution Sales or Insurance Agency Channel.
- 2 Wheeler Preferred but not Mandatory
