Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

Shiva Management Services is hiring motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Personal Loan Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with personal loan applications, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate personal loan leads through calls and customer references.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.

Follow up with customers regarding loan approval and disbursement.





Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills: Good communication, convincing, and sales skills.

Industry: Banking, Finance, NBFC, and Personal Loans.

Job Type: Full time.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in personal loan sales, banking, or financial services will be preferred.
