Inside Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated, goal-oriented, and mature Female Sales Leader with Robust Team Management , telecalling management and client-closing skills to manage daily inside sales operations, handle lead conversion, and guide our calling team.

Job Details:

Role: Sales Assistant Manager / Inside Sales Manager

Experience: 5–10 Years (Manufacturing / Fenestration Industry Preferred)

Gender: Female

Preference: Strong experience as a Telecalling Manager / Sales in manufacturing or technical product sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management, Client Handling & Sales Closure: Contact leads from company-provided databases, handle client inquiries, pitch products, negotiate deals, and convert leads into closed orders.




- Team Management & Supervision: Guide, mentor, and track performance for a team of 5+ telecalling / sales executives.
- Architect & Retail Client Connect: Build active relationships and follow up regularly with architects, builders, retail clients, and site project leads.
- Field Sales Coordination: Coordinate with and support daily field sales team visits based on qualified leads.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate Excel sheets, update daily lead funnels, track call metrics, and present operational reports.
