We are building a fast-growing home services platform (like Urban Company) and looking for a City Lead for Ranchi to launch and grow operations from scratch.
This is a hands-on role, not a desk job.
- What you’ll do:Onboard and manage service providers (electricians, cleaners, etc.)
- Handle daily bookings and ensure service quality
- Talk to customers and resolve issues directly
- Build local network and grow demand in the city
- Understand pricing and competitor landscape
- What we’re looking for:1–2 years experience in operations / field roles
- Street-smart and problem solver
- Comfortable working on ground (not just managing)
- Local knowledge of Ranchi is a big plus
Significant:This role is for someone who wants to build something from scratch, not just manage a team.
