Roles& Responsibilities

Handle loan recovery & collection from customer.

Visit customer for overdue payment follow up.

Achieve monthly collection & recovery targets.

Maintain accurate collection records & daily mis.

Maintain customer relationship & Update sales record

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
