Function: Training Development | Industry: Grocery / 3P Operations

Role Overview
Responsible for driving Training, Talent Management, and Organizational Development initiatives for Grocery 3P operations, ensuring workforce capability, engagement, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training and capability-building needs across 3P warehouse and operations teams .
- Design and deliver induction, process, behavioral, and functional training programs.
- Drive training calendars, assessments, certifications, and effectiveness tracking .
- Partner with Operations and HR to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas .
- Support talent management, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility .
- Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives across 3P operations.
- Develop and maintain training content, SOP-based learning modules, and communication material .
- Track key TM OD metrics such as training completion, certification, productivity impact, and engagement.




- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend targeted interventions.
- Work closely with Operations leaders to ensure new process/product rollouts and change initiatives are effectively adopted.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning and development programs.
