Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design team in developing recent products, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on defects or issues found during testing, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in forging industry with expertise in new product development.
- Proficiency in VAVE (Vehicle Assembly Validation Equipment) software for designing complex assemblies.
- Strong understanding of forgings process knowledge and ability to apply it effectively during design phase.
