- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions to ensure timely payment of bills and collection of outstanding debts.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly closings by reconciling bank statements, journal entries, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in finance & accounts role in an NBFC industry.
- Robust knowledge of accountancy principles, practices, and regulations (AS).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software or similar accounting packages.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
