Job Description:

PVP Staffing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic freshers for the position of HR Recruiter at our Mangalagiri office. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
- Call candidates and assess their suitability for job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates on interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in HR and Recruitment.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers only.
- MBA / Any Graduate.
- 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
